With a name like “Delivery Man,” I figured Vince Vaughn’s newest movie would see him working at a pizza place like Domino’s or Papa Johns. But apparently I was wrong. Wrong kind of delivery.
I actually like Vince Vaughn. His characters are always slacker-type idiots with big dreams and a heart of gold. His latest flick, DreamWorks’ Delivery Man sees what happens when a typical underachiever (in life, love and work), finds out that he fathered 533 kids through anonymous donations he made years earlier to a fertility clinic. Yeah, that’s gonna be some Father’s Day, huh?
In a really neat press twist, 533 different blogs are giving an exclusive look at the initial trailer for the film. Mommy’s Busy Go Ask Daddy is happy to be one of those “kids” joining in on the early buzz. Like I said, I’m a fan of Vince Vaughn, and after seeing this new trailer, I’m definitely up for catching the film when it comes out later this year.

We’ve certainly come a very long way from when Star Trek‘s Captain Kirk rocked the tolerance barrier back in the ’60s when he kissed his sexy black co-star on camera, Uhura. Yes, there’s still a long way to go, but tolerance is certainly spreading.
Nowadays, chances are that the “average” family is dysfunctional. The term “normal” when it comes to families really means just one thing: it’s how your family normally acts and behaves. Whether your family is small or 500+ members strong, the most important thing is that it’s yours.
My wife and I recently made the decision to sell our house and downsize a bit. At first, it obviously bugged me but the more I thought about it, the more I liked the idea. It honestly doesn’t matter where we live, as long as we live somewhere together. It may sound cheesy, but so what? Being able to spend more time with my family just by moving to a smaller place seems like a no-brainer to me.
Books, video games, movies, furniture and so on can be bought, sold and replaced. But the one thing that everyone in my family can give each other is support. For good or bad, we’re there for each other. Whether it’s sitting through 2 hours of your big brother’s winter concert, playing little league even if you hate it because you promised your dad you’d stick it out through the entire season, or just literally being there for one ginormous hug, family truly is everything.

What does family mean to you?
I like Vince Vaughn, despite my better judgement. I find him funny in nearly every role he’s played. Family, for me, is who is there for you. You don’t have to be related by blood to be family.
i’m excited about the movie–though I hope Vince Vaughn plays someone else other than Vince Vaughn for once!
I believe kids need a mom and a dad, and divorce really hurts children. I was raised by women and I had a hard time trusting men because of that for years. A loving family is so important too.
family to me doesnt mean being related by blood,,it is the ones you love an who love you back,,I have 2 bio children,3 step children an 1 adopted daughter from foster care,,we now have 11 grandchildren an 2 more on the way,none of the grandchildren knows who is blood related or not,they are all loved an adored an treated the same,,my bio dad was killed in a accident when my mom was pregnant with me she remarried when I was 6 months old an my sister was 3,,he was the greatest dad ,an my best friend an I named my daughter after him,,he was my Daddy,,an was adored by me,,he died 16 yrs ago an still I feel his loss,so I came from a blended family where all I knew was love an that is the way with my family now,,sure we have our differences on occasion but we work it out because that is what family does
