Win Mr. Peabody & Sherman on Blu-ray/DVD (Ends 10/27)

GivieawayI remember the original Mr. Peabody cartoons from when I was a kid. I used to love The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show, especially when the super smart, glasses-wearing (oh, and talking!) dog Mr. Peabody took center stage.

Honestly, next to biology, history was my least favorite subject. Still is. But somehow when Mr. Peabody started walking me through classic battles of yesteryear (with his doe-eyed “boy” Sherman by his side), it all became super fascinating.

I haven’t seen Dreamworks‘ new Mr. Peabody & Sherman movie yet (It hits on October 14!), but my copy is on its way. So stay tuned for a highly intelligent, time-traveling review! My kids did see it already and loved it, so I can’t wait to watch it with them next weekend.

There’s a slew of awesome extras too (especially on the Blu-ray edition!) which I can’t wait to see either!

Blu-ray Exclusive Special Features:

  • Rocky & Bullwinkle & Friends Show – See the premiere episode of the original 1959 television show.
  • Peabody & Sherman Segments – Watch five segments from the original television series including “Robin Hood,” “Leonardo Da Vinci,” “Louis XVI,” “William Shakespeare,” and “Ludwig Van Beethoven.”
  • DreamWorks Presents: Mr. Peabody & Sherman, A Journey WABAC
  • History’s Greatest Mysteries – A Dog and his Boy
  • Peabody’s Paw Print on History – We take part in the excitement as Mr. Peabody gets his pawprints in cement at the TCL Chinese Theatre. Cast members Ty Burrell (voice of “Mr. Peabody”) and Max Charles (voice of “Sherman”), join filmmakers Rob Minkoff (director), Alex Schwartz (producer) and Tiffany Ward (executive producer) for the festivities. Also on hand (or paw?) are some of Mr. Peabody’s very famous furry friends, including Lassie, Beethoven, Rin Tin Tin, and a very adorable dog named George Clooney.
  • Time Travel Memory Match game
  • The WABAC Jigsaw Puzzle game

For now, though, you have a shot at winning your own copy of the movie on Blu-ray/DVD combo! You don’t need an IQ of 200 to know how super awesome that is!

  1. I’d go back to the 80’s, and if I went back to a historic date I would have to say I would go back to when electricity was invented.

  2. I would go back to the mid to late 90s and kick my teenage self’s butt. (not taking in to account how that would change today, yadda yadda) Knock some sense in to that girl 😀

  3. I would go back to the early 80’s and hopefully knowing what I know now, maybe I wouldn’t go through a major back injury

  4. I’d go back to 1972, the year I was married and run these same 42+ years over again with the man I married. That and buy some stock in Microsoft, Apple and others – so that finances in our retirement would not be an issue.

  12. I think I would go back to the 1950’s so that I could meet my grandmother Geyman. She died when I was 2 so I really didn’t get to know her.
