Disney has released an all-new movie poster for this summer’s most evil film: Maleficent! The sure-to-be-a-monster hit, stars Angelina Jolie as the infamous villain from the classic Sleeping Beauty. This time, we get to learn the true story behind it all.
“Maleficent” explores the untold story of Disney’s most iconic villain from the classic “Sleeping Beauty” and the elements of her betrayal that ultimately turn her pure heart to stone. Driven by revenge and a fierce desire to protect the moors over which she presides, Maleficent cruelly places an irrevocable curse upon the human king’s newborn infant Aurora. As the child grows, Aurora is caught in the middle of the seething conflict between the forest kingdom she has grown to love and the human kingdom that holds her legacy. Maleficent realizes that Aurora may hold the key to peace in the land and is forced to take drastic actions that will change both worlds forever.
Maleficent creeps into theaters on May 30th!
I still haven’t gotten to see this-my mom and I are both dying to watch it. I have yet to hear one bad thing about this film, the casting is perfect and the visuals look incredible. Hopefully this weekend we’ll get there!
I have to agree with Vickie up there, Abagail is just too kind hearted of a child, I would have to watch this before I would let her and even then, probley not. However, I can’t wait to see this, lol
