Remember sending postcards? That used to be the thing to do when I was growing up. Not that they ever really said anything fantastic, but it was always a nice photo of some crazy location with a quick note showing you that someone cares. Today, a simple tweet or Instagram seems to suffice.
So you can imagine how excited I was to get a postcard in the mail yesterday. It was a little unsettling, though, as it came from a bunch of zombies. Seeing as how I don’t really know any zombies, I’m more than a little frightened. Like, seriously. How did they even get my address?
It was a very nice note, though, and it came along with a fun Plants vs. Zombies set of headphones. Brings new meaning to a Dead Head, huh?
Now what did the postcard say? Well, I’ll just have Ryan read it to you!
I’m seriously hoping that PopCap (the coolest gaming company on the planet!) are the ones who put this together as some sort of promotional effort for the whole new Plants vs. Zombies app available on the Android. If they did, they get a big thumbs up for creativity in the marketing department.
If they didn’t send it, though… well, I better go stock up on baseball bats and Twinkies.
All the Zombies send me are bombs and they eat my brainz. This is pretty cool!
I love Plants vs. Zombies, I’m sad that the zombies didn’t send me anything. 🙁 I’ll still be getting the Android app, though!
That is hysterical, I would love to get a post card from some Zombies. Snail Mail makes me happy.
ryan is so sweet! what a cute post
Thanks, Alicia!
Ryan is adorable, you are so lucky to have an awesome family that still loves you.
Hey, Sandy. Aw, thanks so much. It’s a pretty darn great family so yeah, I guess I’ll keep ’em.
